Walk-to-School Day Winners!

Walk-to-School day was a great success this term - made even better by the nice weather! Thank you to all those who got up early to walk to school from places as far away as Stirchley and Moseley. Walking to school more often reduces pollution, reduces traffic congestion and makes us fitter!

I'm pleased to announce that the classes with the

most walkers were 1B and 3B. Well done!

Well done to all the classes who have tried to be eco-friendly!!!
The winners last week are 2W & 6L. Congatulations!
More importantly we have used 70 units less electricity so we've been saving the
planet and saving money!

ECO COMPETITION!!

The Eco-council are running a competition to find the most eco-friendly class!
Starting next week (1st Feb), members of the eco-council will be inspecting your classroom at lunchtime.
Have you turned off your lights?
Have you turned off your projector?
Have you turned off the radiators if windows are open?
Have you recycled your scrap paper?

There will be a winner each week until half-term. Let's see if we can be more sustainable!
