The eggs arrived in nursery, we waited 3 days and finally the eggs started to hatch. It took the chicks a long time to break out of the shells. The chicks were wet soggy and very tired. Once the chicks were fluffy and strong they went into a brooder box with a light bulb to keep them warm. The children enjoyed holding them, they said the chicks are fluffy and soft.
